The General Terms and Conditions apply to all Commercial Banking Customers that hold a bank account with HSBC in the United Arab Emirates.
The General Terms and Conditions are terms governing your account(s) and/or E-Channels such as HSBCnet held with us.
The General Terms and Conditions are made up of (1) the Master Services Agreement, (2) the Confidentiality and Regulatory Annex and (3) the United Arab Emirates Country Conditions.
- If you have requested for us to provide you with a Shariah Current Account in the UAE, the Shariah Current Account Services Schedule will also apply when using the Shariah Current Account.
- If you have requested for us to provide you with Commercial Cards in the UAE, the Corporate Card Services Schedule will also apply to your use of Commercial Cards.
- If you have requested for us to provide you with an HSBCnet profile in the UAE, the E-Channels Services Schedule, the HSBCnet Annex and the Security Measures will also apply to your use of HSBCnet.
- The UAE Account Disclosures set out some additional information with regards to your account in the UAE. Even if you already have an account with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Account Disclosures when you open an account with HSBC in the UAE.
