The General Terms and Conditions are terms governing your account(s) and/or E-Channels such as HSBCnet held with us. The following items are collectively known as the General Terms and Conditions:
The Master Services Agreement (including the Confidentiality and Regulatory Annex) applies to all our corporate customers throughout the world.
If you have requested for us to provide you with a Shariah Current Account in the UAE, the Shariah Current Account Services Schedule will apply when using the Shariah Current Account.
If you have requested for us to provide you with an HSBCnet profile in the UAE, the E-Channels Services Schedule, the HSBCnet Annex and the Security Measures will apply to your use of HSBCnet.
