In order for us to proceed with your request, we will need you to complete the following requirements:

- Signature Amendment Form (PDF, 49KB)
You will be required to visit one of our branches to complete the attached HSBC Signature Amendment Form in the presence of a HSBC Bank Official.
We will also require you to bring the following documentation:
- For UAE Residents, your Emirates ID Card is required.
- For Non-UAE Residents, your Passport is required.
In order for us to proceed with your request, we will need you to complete the following requirements:

- Business Account Signing Instruction (PDF, 158KB) – where new signatories are required to be added to the account, please complete the attached Business Account Signing Instruction form, including the 'New Signatories Details' section.
- Explicit reference should be made to signatory names, date of signing and the account suffixes which the instructions are to be applied to.
- Please also share the name(s) of the individual(s) who will be signing the form with the required delegation authority, as per the Constitutional Documentation.
- If no delegation authority is held, updated Constitutional Documentation will be required and all new signatories associated to the document will be required to sign in the presence of a bank official and certified with their Emirates ID / Passport.
We will also require you to obtain and scan a copy of the following supporting documentation:
- Mandate Documentation – please provide a copy of one of the following documents, in line with the requirements below, ensuring of explicit reference to individuals and their banking powers:
- Board Resolution (Recommended template (DOC, 51KB) for completion).
- Shareholder Resolution.
- Directors Resolution.
- Power of Attorney.
- Where passed within the UAE, the document will be required to be court attested.
- Where passed outside of the UAE, the document will require to be notarised and legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of incorporation and counter attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

- Indemnity Letter (DOC, 59KB) – please complete and scan a copy of the attached Indemnity Letter and share the name of the individual(s), who will be signing the form with the relevant authority.
We will also require you to obtain and scan a copy of the following supporting documentation:
- Trade License – an original copy of all pages of the Trade License, issued by the Licensing Authority, under the new Name.
- Certification of Name Change – a copy of the Certification of Name Change, if issued by the Licensing Authority.
- Share Certificate / Certificate of Incumbency – an updated copy of the Share Certificate, issued by the Licensing Authority or Certificate of Incumbency, issued by the business / company.
- Mandate Documentation – please provide a copy of the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association with the subsequent amendments, with clear reference to the change of business / company name.

- Additional Account Opening Form (PDF, 34KB) – please complete and scan a copy of the attached Additional Account Opening Form and provide the date of signing and name(s) of the individual(s) who will be signing the form with the required opening authority, as per the Constitutional Documentation.

- HSBC Account Closing Form (PDF, 572KB) – Please complete and scan a copy of the attached Account Closing Form, and completing the following required fields:
- Account suffixes to be closed.
- Date of signing.
- Name(s) of the individual(s) who will be signing the form with the required closure authority, as per the Constitutional Documentation.
- Please complete the details for funds transfer within the form or, alternatively, ensure all the funds have been transferred from the account prior to submitting the Account Closure Form.
We will also require you to obtain and scan a copy of the following supporting documentation:
- Trade License - an original copy of all pages of the Trade License or the company's De-Registration Certificate, issued by the Licensing Authority.
