HSBC Corporate Cards Mobile App

Please visit the iOS/Android app store and install the HSBC Corporate Cards app. You’ll then be guided through the registration process.

You can try asking for the OTP to be resent. We can send an OTP to local and overseas mobile numbers if that number is saved correctly in our records. For further help, please contact us by calling the number on the back of your card.

You can add and view multiple cards in the app if they are linked to the same email address. To add an HSBC Corporate Card to your mobile app, select the Cards icon from the home screen then select 'Add card'. You'll then be asked to confirm your date of birth and the details of the card you wish to add.

If you’ve cancelled the card using MiVision, it will still show in the app. To remove it from the app, please go to ‘Manage card’.

You can add up to 5 cards in the app if the cards are associated with the same card holder and same email address.

If you’ve forgotten your passcode, please select ‘Forgot your passcode?’ and log on with your username and password to create a new passcode.

If you’ve forgotten your username, select ‘Forgot your username?’ on the ‘Enter your username’ screen and follow the steps to view your username.

If you’ve forgotten your password, select ‘Forgot your password?’ on the ‘Enter your password’ screen and follow the steps to change your password.

It isn’t possible to add such a card to the HSBC Corporate Cards app at the moment.

Yes. If you’ve reported it as lost or stolen using the app, you’ll be able to see your new card details immediately in the app. If you report your card as lost or stolen using MiVision, it can take up to 7 hours to be able to view your new card details.

Yes. You’ll be able to see the posted transactions made using the lost or stolen card under your new card immediately. Pending and declined transactions may take an extra business day to show in the app.

Please choose the card you want to remove, select 'Manage card', then 'Remove card'. You can continue using your physical card normally once it's been removed. And you can add the card back again at any time.

If your device includes these features, go to ‘Settings’ and select the Touch ID / Face ID / Fingerprint log on. Please note that facial authentication is not supported on all Android devices.

We use a range of measures to keep your information safe and secure. This may include encryption and other forms of security. We require our staff and any third parties who carry out any work on our behalf to comply with appropriate compliance standards including obligations to protect any information and apply appropriate measures for the use and transfer of information.

You can only have one trusted device at any time. You can change your trusted device whenever you like. You'll just need to register it by logging on to the app on the new device.

The HSBC Corporate Cards app currently supports 5 languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. To change the language, please go to ‘Settings’ and select 'Language'.

Logging on with a new device will automatically remove your last trusted device. To remove a trusted device yourself, open the app on the old device, go to ‘Settings’ and select 'Forget this device'. If you can't access your old device, you can remove it by contacting us.

You can see your recent transactions below your selected card on the home screen. You can scroll through your transactions and tap on a transaction to see more details. You’ll be able to view:

• A maximum of 250 posted transactions provided they’ve been made in the last 13 months
• A maximum of 100 authorised and 100 declined transactions provided they’ve been made in the last 21 days

You can see your card’s credit limit below your selected card on the home screen.

You can see your remaining balance below your selected card on the home screen.

You can view:

• A maximum of 100 authorised and 100 declined transactions provided they’ve been made in the last 21 days

You can view your entire transaction history using MiVision.

If your card has been lost or stolen, please report it lost or stolen by selecting ‘Manage card’ in the app.

In the app, please select ‘Manage cards’. Then you can view the PIN by going to ‘View PIN’ or change the PIN by going to ‘Set PIN’.

Once a PIN is set using the app, it will take effect immediately.

If you can't complete a transaction or it's declined, please contact us by calling the number on the back of your HSBC Corporate Card.

If you see a transaction that you don't recognise, please contact us by calling the number on the back of your HSBC Corporate Card.

You can order a replacement HSBC Corporate Card using MiVision or by contacting us using the number on the back of your card.

Please check the instructions on the last page of your monthly statement. You can download your statements using MiVision.

The HSBC Corporate Cards app lets you keep track of your balances and transactions on the move, while MiVision offers additional card and account management services. You'll need to register for both separately, and your security details will be different for each service.
